Imagine being a sexual pioneer for a second… Surely there is no finer accolade than being the first person to do something lewd. Put yourself in the shoes of the first person to test out the 69 position, for example. I can only compare it to other seismic moments in human history: Neil Armstrong walking on the moon, Barack Obama becoming the first black US President, the first person to make a grilled cheese sandwich – these are the achievements that we should be celebrating with every fibre of our being.
Personal landmarks in the boudoir are obviously important. But there are some humans weho aren’t content with walking the road already travelled. No, there are some people out there who constantly strive to break records, shatter barriers and f*ck in ludicrous places.
With that in mind, I think it’s about time I introduced Alex Torres and his able assistant Hope Howell. The randy pair, who performed their daring act of passion way back in 2011, were the first people to ever make love while skydiving (or so we believe). Flick over to the next page to see the whole story and parachute yourself into one of the most outrageous acts to take place in our skies.
French-Canadian pornstar Torres, who also goes by the dynamic name Voodoo, decided to try and grab the attention of American radio and television personality Howard Stern. To do that he needed a pretty daring stunt. At the time, Torres was moonlighting as an instructor at a skydiving school, so he decided to incorporate his job into his plan.
Roping in the company’s receptionist Howell, the act started in the plane, before the pair leapt out into fresh air and continued their lovemaking. Speaking about her record-breaking session, Howell had this to say: ”My adrenaline was rushing. I was so excited. I was pumped. I was ready for it to be edited.”
“Apparently they told my pilot it was OK to do this and got here early in the morning before anyone got here and shot this.”
While this was of course a few years ago, I’m still very impressed. Some people struggle to satisfy a woman on a bed, let alone whilst plummeting thousands of feet to their potential death. How are you supposed to focus on making a woman orgasm when there is a possibility your parachute won’t release? That’s what I call pressure. Bravo, Alex Torres, you are a better man than I.
